Payment can be made with our secure systems by either Sage Pay or PayPal . We have been allocated the Trustwave Trusted Commerce seal of approval and we hold a certificate for PCI DSS compliancy so you can be confident that your data is safe when using our website .
Register your details on our website under ' My Account ' and you can collect loyalty points on your purchases. You will receive 1 loyalty point for every full £1 that you spend ( excluding any shipping / postage fees ) and you can then redeem your points against future purchases:
30 loyalty points = £3 off
60 loyalty points = £6 off
100 loyalty points = £10 off
200 loyalty points = £20 off
300 loyalty points = £30 off
We have a no quibble 30 days return policy , if you wish to return your purchase to us for a refund please contact us for a returns authorisation code, you can send us a message in the 'Contact Us section' , return the item to the address that we will provide you with , placing your details and the returns authorisation code inside the parcel .
Please return the item to us within 30 days of the original order date maximum, in its original, unused and brand new condition with all tags and packaging exactly as it was received. The cost of returning the item will be paid by yourself and we recommend that you either obtain proof of posting from the Post Office and keep this safe until we confirm that we have received the parcel or return the item by a ' signed for ' service . Your refund will be processed within 1 days of receiving the parcel back ( Monday to Friday) if you elected to purchase the optional faster postage option or next day guaranteed delivery with your item this will not be refunded .
Please note that for any goods returned to us in a different condition to which they were received e.g. badly creased, smelling of perfume / smoke or tags etc no longer attached we do reserve the right to either refuse the return / refund and send the item back to you or charge a restocking fee of £5.00 ( deducted from the refund ) all items that are returned to us in the exact same new pristine condition in which they were received will be refunded without hesitation, any questions please do contact us in the first instance.
If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt , we will do our best to resolve any issues and if an item is found to be faulty we will arrange a full refund or exchange upon its return including the return postage costs .
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail within the UK and Royal Mail Airmail service for overseas purchases .
We offer Free UK 1st class delivery to all our customers (expected delivery time 1 - 2 working days after dispatch)
All items are packaged with care and dispatched promptly with 24 hours Monday to Friday .
You may elect to have your parcel sent by a guaranteed next day delivery service by 1pm for an additional charge ( a signature will be required on delivery )
All orders for guaranteed next day delivery service must be placed by 12 noon, any orders placed after 12 noon would be dispatched by us the following day ( Monday to Thursday )
If placing an order for guaranteed next day delivery on a Friday before 12 noon (for delivery on Saturday) please do ensure that you select the Saturday delivery option or your parcel will be delivered on the following Monday .
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is correct as we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit as a result of the wrong address details being provided to us , if your parcel should be returned to us we are happy to post it out again to the correct address upon receipt of payment for the extra postage costs .

We are happy to ship Internationally , overseas customers will be prompted to select the country for delivery at checkout . If you are making payment for your order by Sage Pay and you are resident in the USA please note that the billing state / Zip Code in the address section should be input as a two character format e.g. NY , MS , AL if more characters are entered then the transaction will fail and issue an error message , alternatively you may pay by PayPal using a debit or credit card ( you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay this way )
If your order is for delivery to an address outside of the UK you may have to pay import duties and taxes, for which you are responsible. These charges vary widely by country and are applicable once the shipment reaches your country.

International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspection by customs authorities.
