Beautiful pashmina

Due to the unsettled weather we are currently experiencing I purchased a cream pashmina at short notice to wear to my son’s wedding later this week. My order was delivered very quickly. Sadly there was a small mark on the pashmina so I took a photo and referred the matter back to Purple Possum. I was contact by Karen who was extremely apologetic and promised to send me a replacement. She ensured that despite the postal strike the replacement reached me at the earliest opportunity and in time for the wedding. The service I received was exceptional and the pashmina is beautiful.
