Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail within the UK and Royal Mail Airmail service for overseas purchases.
We offer Free UK 1st class delivery to all our customers (expected delivery time 1 - 2 working days after dispatch)
All items are packaged with care and dispatched promptly with 24 hours Monday to Friday.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is correct as we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit as a result of the wrong address details being provided to us, if your parcel should be returned to us we are happy to post it out again to the correct address upon receipt of payment for the extra postage costs.

COVID-19 - International shipping.
As the Governments of several International countries are implementing various containment measures this may mean that in some countries parcel deliveries may not be possible due to restrictions in certain postcodes etc. so we have taken the decision at Purple Possum to temporarily stop shipping Internationally until the situation improves and parcels are being delivered as normal again, thank you.
We are happy to ship Internationally and overseas customers will be prompted to select the country for delivery at checkout.
If you are making payment for your order by Sage Pay and you are resident in the USA please note that the billing state / Zip Code in the address section should be input as a two character format e.g. NY , MS , AL if more characters are entered then the transaction will fail and issue an error message , alternatively you may pay by PayPal using a debit or credit card ( you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay this way you may checkout as a PayPal guest )
If your order is for delivery to an address outside of the UK you may have to pay import duties and taxes, for which you are responsible. These charges vary widely by country and are applicable once the shipment reaches your country.
