Refund Policy.


We hope that you are happy with your order from Purple Possum, however, should you wish to return an item to us we have a no quibble 14 days return policy, please email us for a returns authorisation code at sales@purplepossum.co.uk , then return the item to the address that we will provide you with, placing your details and the returns authorisation code inside the parcel.

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return an item from the date that you receive it, please return items in their original, unused and brand new condition, neatly folded, with all tags and original packaging etc. still intact, exactly as it was received. Any parcels that are returned to us after the 14 calendar days have elapsed may be eligible for an exchange for an alternative item or a Purple Possum Gift Voucher instead, but this is at our discretion only.

The cost of returning the item will be paid by yourself and we recommend that you either obtain proof of posting from the Post Office and keep this safe until we confirm that we have received the parcel or return the item by a 'signed for' service. Your refund will usually be processed within 1 - 2 days of receiving the parcel back ( Monday to Friday) if you elected to purchase the optional faster postage option or next day guaranteed delivery with your item this will not be refunded .

Please note that for any goods returned to us outside of the 14 day period or in a different condition to which they were received e.g. badly creased, smelling of perfume / smoke or tags and / or original packaging etc no longer intact, we do reserve the right to either refuse the return / refund and send the item back to you or charge a restocking fee of £5.00 (deducted from the refund) All items that are returned to us within the 14 days and in the exact same, new pristine condition in which they were received will be refunded without hesitation, any questions please do contact us in the first instance. 

Please Note : All of our clutch bags have tags attached and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any items when the tags have been removed.

If there is a issue with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt, we will do our best to resolve any issues and if an item is found to be faulty we will arrange a full refund or exchange upon its return including the return postage costs. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
